Iran-Russia strategic pact determining factor in intl. peace

TEHRAN, Dec. 16 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between Iran and Russia is a determining factor in the international peace and security.
